• Mental Healing does not provide medical advice, psychological counseling, diagnosis, or treatment of any kind
• The AI companion is not a licensed therapist, psychologist, psychiatrist, counselor, or medical professional
• The content, suggestions, and responses provided by the AI are generated by a machine learning model and may not be accurate, appropriate, or suitable for your specific situation
• You should never rely solely on this service for any mental health condition, and should always consult with a qualified healthcare professional for medical concerns
• Mental Healing is not designed or intended for use in crisis situations, including but not limited to suicidal ideation, self-harm, or harm to others
• Use of this app is at your own risk and discretion

4. User Responsibilities

By using Mental Healing, you agree to:

• Use the service in a lawful and appropriate manner
• Not share your account credentials with others
• Not attempt to harm or misuse our systems

5. Subscription and Billing

Mental Healing offers both free and paid subscription plans:

• Free accounts have limited monthly message allowances
• Paid subscriptions provide additional features and higher usage limits
• Subscription fees are billed monthly and are non-refundable
• You can cancel your subscription at any time
• Price changes will be communicated with 30 days notice

• We are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to damages for loss of health, personal injury, emotional distress, or any other damages arising from your use of or inability to use the service
• In no event shall our total aggregate liability exceed the amount you have paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim, or fifty dollars ($50), whichever is less

• You will not hold Mental Healing or its operators liable for any adverse outcomes related to your mental health
• The statistical claims referenced in our marketing materials (such as improvements in depression, anxiety, or stress) are based on general research about wellness practices and do not constitute a guarantee of individual results

8b. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Mental Healing, its operators, officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your use of the service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of another.

9. Crisis Situations

If you are experiencing thoughts of self-harm or suicide:

Mental Healing is not equipped to handle crisis situations and should not be relied upon for emergency mental health support.

You must be at least 18 years old to use Mental Healing. If you are between 13 and 17 years old, you may only use the service with the express consent and supervision of a parent or legal guardian who agrees to be bound by these Terms. We do not knowingly provide services to children under 13.

11. Termination
